-5 - 5
14 = 4p
p = 14/4

Flip the equation:-
4p + 5 = 19
Subtract 5 from both sides:-
4p + 5 - 5 = 19 - 5 4p = 14
Divide both sides by 4:-
4p/4 = 14/4
p = 3.5
