What angle represents 3.5 rotations counterclockwise?

    1 full rotation is 2pi, or 360 degrees.

    3.5 times either of those gives you 7pi, or 1260 degrees. Since you going counterclockwise already, you don't have to bother with negative signs.

    7pi, or 1260 degrees.
