A recipe that serves 2 people calls for 1,600 milligrams of baking soda. You want to make enough for 10 people. How many grams of baking soda will you need?

    Then you want to make for 10 people.

    Find out how many grams will you need to be able to have this recipe for 10 people.

    => in every 2 people needs 1600 mg of baking soda

    => 10 / 2 = 5

    => 5 x 1600 = 8000 mg of baking soda will be enough for 10 persons.

    convert this to grams

    => 8 000 mg = 8 grams.
