For a graph in standard (general) form,

    Ax+By=C ... (1)

ANY graph that is of the form

    Bx-Ay=C ... (2)

    is perpendicular to graph (1).

    For

    4x-3y=-12 ... (3)

    the line

    3x+4y=Any real number ... (4)

    is perpendicular to (3).

Note: multiples or sub-multiples of (4) are also perpendicular to (3),

    for example,

    3x+4y=8

    6x+8y=9

    ...

    etc.
