Perimeter = sum of all 4 sides

    = 2 (2x - 5) + 2 (2x + 6_)

    = 4x - 10 + 4x + 12

    = 8x + 2 Answer

    When x = 12 Perimeter = 8 (12) + 2 = 98 meters answer
