3/12 - > 1/4 would be the answer because you have total of 12 marbles to start with but only 3 of 12 is what you need.

you can divide 3/12 by 4 to get 1/4

    hope i am correct.

    The answer is 1/4

    Add all numbers 5+3+2+2=12

    3 are blue so

    3/12

    Simplify

    1/4

But dividing both sides by 3
