A stockbroker charges a 2.5% commission to sell shares of a stock for a client. Find the value of stock sold by a broker if the commission was $660

    First, we find out what is 2.5% as a decimal.

    Which is 0.025. (multiply by 100 to get the 2.5%).

    Now, we multiply 0.025 by 660.
