A long-distance telephone company charges a rate of 5 cents per minute or a 60-cent minimum charge per completed call, whichever is greater. Find the cost, in cents per minute, for a 2-minute call.

    5cents per minute + the 2 minute call or 120 seconds would be 5X120=600 cents

    He would have to pay 600cents or $6.00 to talk on the phone for two minutes
