To solve it, it would have to make the statement true when subsituted for x so
> means greater than or equal to
> means greater than
so
-10
subsitue for x
-10>-4
if you plot numbers on a number line, the bigger number is always to the right of the smaller number so
-10 is to the left of - 4 so this is a false statement so no it does not solve it

No because on a number line, - 4 would be higher up/greater than - 10
-2 would be an example of a value that would solve the inequality
