Hi,

they both amount would be same when

f (x) = g (x)

60+5x=x^2+46

x^2+46-5x=60

x^2-5x-14=0

x^2-7x+2x-14=0

(x+2) (x-7) = 0

if x = weeks than x should be positive so x=7

In 7 weeks both will save same amount.
