Which equation represents the slope-intercept form of the line below?

y - intercept (0,5)

slope - - 3

    0
    Y = - 3x + 5

    When creating a line in slope intercept form, the - 3 always goes right next to the x after the equals sign. Also, the y intercepts y value (the second part of the parenthesis) just gets added on at the end of the equation.
