    2 (3x - 1) - 3 (5x - 3) = 4

    2 (3x) - 2 (1) - 3 (5x) + 3 (3) = 4

    (6x - 2) - (15x + 9) = 4

    (6x - 15x) + (-2 - 9) = 4

    -9x - 11 = 4

    + 11 + 11

    -9x = 15

    -9 - 9

    x = 1.67
