    For number one, the answer is 7 since 23 + 30 would equal 53 and adding the seven would make 60. Sixty is the ideal number for a triangle as it needs a 180 degree angle in it.

    For number two, the answer is D, definitely D. The two smaller numbers added together should be larger than the third number, and 6 + 4 is bigger than 8 so this triangle is possible.
