    F (x) = 3x² + 2x

    f (2) = 3 (2) ² + 2 (2)

    f (2) = 3 (4) + 4

    f (2) = 12 + 4

    f (2) = 16

    g (x) = 2x² + 3x

    g (2) = 2 (2) ² + 3 (2)

    g (2) = 2 (4) + 6

    g (2) = 8 + 6

    g (2) = 14

The one that has a greater value is f (2).
