I'm pretty sure it would be 93%.
First you make it a decimal by dividing 930/1000 and you get. 93.
In order to turn a decimal into a fraction you put put the decimal two places back, that would make it 93%.

Hi there, Make 100%=1000 and x%=930. Now, we have 100%/x=1000/930. This would give us x=93. So, 930 is 93% of 1000.
