    If you mean 4P (y-k) = (x-h) ^2 then

    y=3 (x-2) ^2-4

    add 4 to both sides

    (y+4) = 3 (x-2) ^2

    divide both sides by 3

    1/3 (y+4) = (x-2) ^2

    4 (1/12) (y+4) = (x-2) ^2
