    A = L * W

    A = 135

    L = 2W - 3

    135 = W (2W - 3)

    135 = 2W^2 - 3W

    -2W^2 + 3W + 135 = 0

    (-2W - 15) (W - 9) = 0

    -2W - 15 = 0

    -2W = 15

    W = - 15/2 ... not this one because it is negative

    W - 9 = 0

    W = 9 < = = = the width is 9 ft

    L = 2W - 3

    L = 2 (9) - 3

    L = 18 - 3

    L = 15 < = = = length is 15 ft
