Undefined would be when there is a vertical line, a slope of zero would be a horizontal line.

Undefined would be a number over 0

    Ex. 3/0 or 8/0 or 28382972/0

A slope of 0 would be a number as the denominator and 0 being the numerator

    Ex. 0/7 or 0/2 or 0/3783
