A male landscaper purchased 27 junipers at $8 each and some boxwood for $12 each. If he spent $432, how many boxwoods did he purchase?

    So he bought 27 junipers for $8. 27x 8 = 216. So then you would subtract 432-216=216. Then you would divide 216:12=18. Your answer is he bought 18.
