    2800 ml * (1l/1000 ml) = 2.8 l

    Shanika needs=3.5 l-2.8 l=0.7 liters.

    3.5 l. (1000 ml/1 l) = 3500 ml

    Shanika needs=3500 ml-2800 mol=700 milliliters.
