x intercept is where the line crosses the x axis or where y=0

y intercept is where the line crosses the y axis or where x=0

anyway

when a line is in form ax+by=c, the slope is - a/b

3x-9y=-18

slope=-3/-9=3/9=1/3

y=0

3x=-18

x=-6

xint is x=-6

x=0

-9y=-18

y=2
