Mariana graphs the function ƒ (x) = x3 - 4x2 - 3x + 18 and sees two zeros: - 2 and 3. Since this is a polynomial of degree 3 and she only sees two zeros, she determines that the Fundamental Theorem of Algebra does not apply to this equation. Is Mariana correct? Why or why not?
