    30 minutes is 1/2 hours so 1 hour 30 minutes is 1.5 hours

    12 bouquets per 1.5 hours so 12/1.5 and they want x bouquets per 1 hour so x/1

    x/1=12/1.5

    x=8 bouquets per hour
