4/9 + 4x - 4 = 29/9 - ( - 6x) + 1;
4/9 + 4x - 4 = 29/9 + 6x + 1;
4/9 + 4x - 6x - 4 = 29/9 + 1;
4/9 - 2x - 4 = 29/9 + 1;
4/9 - 2x = 29/9 + 5;
-2x = 25/9 + 5;
-2x = 25/9 + 45/9;;
-2x = 70/9;
x = (70/9) * (-1/2);
x = - 35/9;
