For the equation to be equal it should have a slope of - 3

a is part of the equation of the second line. b. is not part because x-3y=-3 - 3y=-x-3 y = 1/3x+1 so it is not part of the equation of the second line c is part because y = - 3x-6

    d. is part because 6x+2y=2 2y=-6x+2 y = (-6x+2) / 2 y=-3x+1

    So yor answer is B.
