A horse's mane grows at the rate of 6 over 5 centimeters per month.

How many months will it take the horse's mane to grow 24 over 10 centimeters?

    x = (24/10) / (6/5)

    x = 24/10 * 5/6

    x = 120/60 reduces to 2 months

    it is going to grow 24/10 in x months

    so 6/5x (6/5 times the number of months) = 24/10
