Frank's bookshelf is 112 meters high. Each row in the bookshelf is 316 meters high. How many rows are there in Frank's bookshelf?

    This makes no sense because the rows have to be smaller than the bookshelf

    the rows fit in the bookshelf

    the way to do it would be height of bookshelf/height per row=number of rows (round down)

    if we used that, then 112/316=0.35 rows

    round down

    0

    so we got 0 shelves because it is impossible to have a row higher than the bookshelf that it is on
