    Let us assume the length of the floor = x yards

    Width of the gymnasium floor = 11 yards

    Area of the gymnasium floor = 264 square yards

    Then

    Width * Length = Area

    11 * x = 264

    x = 264/11

    = 24 yards

    So the length of the gymnasium floor is 24 yards. The correct option among all the options that are given in the question is option "C".

    Its 24 in^2 because you would need to divide 264in^2 by 11in^2 so you can find out the length and 264/11 = 24in^2 and to check my anwser - 11*24 = 264in^2
