8500:78 = 100times 7800 that it is less than 8500 So 8500-7800=700 Again you think how many 78 are in 700 it is enough you guess 8 times 78 is 624 Good job 700-624=76 that it is less than 78 So, 100+8=108 And reminder is 76 8500 = 108.78+76
