The two windows shown are similar. What is the height of the larger window? the smaller one is 5 by 8 and the bigger one is 9.6 by the height

    If their ratios are the same, then the width to height ratio is 5:8, or 0.625. To get the second height, we can divide the second width by that ratio, so 9.6/0.625 = 15.36 in height
