We will use the distributive law here as follows:

    -t (16t+7) = - t (16t) + - t (7)

    = - 16t^2 - 7t

Now, we will get the a, b and c terms as folliws:

    a is the coefficient of t^2 = - 16

    b is the ciefficient of t = - 7

    c is the term having no t = 0
