Jasmine left the house at 7.10am and get back at 6.35pm. how long is she out of the house

    Okay well the way I do it is like this. When ever the next hour hits 10 minutes that is one hour then add the minutes left. So from 7:10a. m. to 6:10p. m. is 11 hours. Now the rest of the minutes. 6:35 - 6:10=:25. So she has been away from the house for 11 hours and 25 minutes
