If you know that a line has a slope of 2/3 and a y-intercept of 7, what is the equation for that line in slope-intercept form?

    the equation for a line is y = mx+b

    m = slope

    b = y intercept

    you know the slope is 2/3 and the y intercept is 7 so just replace them in the equation:

    y = 2/3x + 7
