What does it mean to drain at a constant rate?

    It means what ever you are draining is draining at a fast speed

    Since drain is to take away, it means that whatever you are draining, drains at a constant speed. For example water drains at a rate of 2 gallons per second. How long would it take to drain 6 gallons? 2 gallons per second is an example of a constant rate
