If my slope intercept is Y=2.50x-0.5, how do I represent it on a graph?

    Your y-intercept is - 0.5.

    Your x-intercept is 0 = 2.5x - 0.5

    0.5 = 2.5x

    0.5/2.5 = x

    x = 0.2

    Graph the x - and y - intercepts, then graph
