    (x - 4) ² + (y + 5) ² = 49

    ((x - 4) (x - 4)) + ((y + 5) (y + 5)) = 49

    (x² - 2x - 2x + 16) + (y² + 5y + 5y + 25) = 49

    (x² - 4x + 16) + (y² + 10y + 25) = 49

    x² - 4x + y² + 10y + 16 + 25 = 49

    x² - 4x + y² + 10y + 41 = 49

    - 49 - 49

    x² - 4x + y² + 10y - 8 = 0
