Lauren bought 1 lb of flour. she used 2/5 lb of flour to bake a banana cake. she used another 3/10 lb of flour to bake a chocolate cake.

a. How much four did she use all together?

b. How much more flour did she use to bake the banana cake than the chocolate cake?

    7/10 cause 5 and 10 can both go into 10 and 5 goes into ten twice so multiply the top number by 2 and 3/10 stays the same because 10 goes into 10 one time.
