During cooking, chicken loses 10% of it's weight dueto water loss. In order to obtain 1,170 grams of cooked chicken, how many grams of uncooked chicken must be used?

    You could also just do 1,170 divided by 0.1 to come up with your answer of 117 grams of uncooked chicken.
