6x-9=6 (x+3). One solution, infinitely many solutions, no solution?

    There is no solution because when you distribute the 6 on the right side you get

    6x+18

    So the equation is

    6x-9=6x+18

    This is unsolvable because x must be the same on both sides, so there are no solutions
