    Y = a*x^2 - 4x + 3

    a*x^2 - 4x + 3 = 0

    a * (-2) ^2 - 4 (-2) + 3 = 0

    4a + 8 + 3 = 0

    4a + 11 = 0

    4a = - 11

    a = - 11/4

    a = - 2,75
