    The answer is 14.25 bags of chips. This answer is correct due to one bag of chips equals 245 Cal = 1025.08 kJ (1 Cal = 4.184 KJ) and 1 lb of fat has 14.6*10^3 kJ. Therefor if you divide 1 lb of fat in KJ (14.6*10^3kJ) by the KJ of one bag of chips (1025 kJ) your answer is 14.25 bags of chips.
