    length = w + 8 and width = w and A = 105

    A = W * L

    105 = w (w + 8)

    105 = w² + 8w

    0 = w² + 8w - 105

    0 = (w + 15) (w - 7)

    0 = w + 15 or 0 = w - 7

    w = - 15 or w = 7

    width cant be negative, so

    w = 7 and L = 7 + 8

    w = 7 and L = 15

    7 * 15 = 105 check

    Let the breadth be x

    length=x+8

    according to the question

    area of the pool = l*b

    105=x*x+8

    if u solve this equation further u will get the answer
