A spinner with 9 equally sized slices is shown. The dial is spun and stop on a slice at random. What are the odds in favor of landing on a white slice

    I believe the answer is the fraction 1/9

    We would have to see the spinner, is there more than one white slice? If not then the probability would be 1/9 or 1:9 because there are one white slice and nine slices in all.
