Using the formula of free falling bodies v^2=vi^2+2as

    where:

    v is 0,

vi (initial) is 30ft/s as stated in the problem,

a is the gravity which is 32.2 ft/s

s is the height which is 160

substitute the values and we will get 13.97 seconds.
