You have a cone with a radius of 4ft and a height of 10ft. Find the area of the triangle formed by a perpendicular cross-section through the cone's center

    Area of a triangle = (b·h) / 2

    the base would be the diameter of the circle, so 4+4=8 ft, the height is 10 ft.

    A = (4*10) / 2

    A=20 ft²
