    2 | 5 - 2x | - 3 < = 15

    2 | 5 - 2x | < = 18

    | 5 - 2x | < = 9

    -9 < = 5 - 2x < = 9

    -9 - 5 < = - 2x < = 9 - 5

    -14 < = - 2x < = 4

    7 > = x > = - 2

    so x is less then or equal to 7 and greater then or equal to - 2

    solution is C, [ - 2,7 ]
