    So 6 number total

    5 and 6 are 2 so

    6-2=4

    find probaility of NOT roling is disired outcomes/total possible outcomes so

    disired=4

    total possible=6

    4/6=2/3

    so 2/3 times out of 12 you would not roll a 5 or 6 so

    2/3 times 12=24/3=8

    8 is the naswer
