0.3 is greater then 0.03 because it has less 0's, if you want how they are alike just message me.

0.3 is greater because 0.3 represents 0.30 (30%) and the 3 is in the tenths place whereas 0.03 is only 3% and the three is in the hundredths place. So 0.3 (0.30) > 0.03.
