    F (x) = x^2 + 2x + 3

    g (x) = (x + 4) / 3

    f (g (x)) = ((x + 4) / 3) ^2 + 2 ((x + 4) / 3) + 3

    f (g (2)) = ((2 + 4) / 3) ^2 + 2 ((2 + 4) / 3) + 3 = (6/3) ^2 + 2 (6/3) + 3 = 2^2 + 2 (2) + 3 = 4 + 4 + 3 = 11
