A hiking trail is 1 mile long. There are green markers every 1/10 mile of the trail, and there are red markers every 1/5 mile of the trail.

Which statements are true?

    I think its B and A, but i may be wrong. maybe a mistake in my calculations

    Well adding on to what the other person say and supporting why he/she is right is that 1/5 is greater than 1/10 so yes, a would be right because of that reason. And B is right because there would only be 5 red markers along the trail because this would divide it into 5ths and there would be more reds because they would divide it into 10ths.
